Harris County, Texas, accounted for over 18%, or nearly 1 in 5, of the total murders that occurred across the United States in 2021.
As tragic as were the murders of children at school in Uvalde, there were over 600 Murders in Harris County in 2021, a staggering 70% increase over 2019. Harris County is the Murder Capital of America. Where is the outcry for those 600 people who were murdered?
There were 3,300 murders in the U.S. in 2021. If you do the math, Harris County accounted for over 18% of the total murders that occurred in the United States in 2021. That is totally unacceptable!
A society that has abandoned God can only expect things to get worse.

Guns don’t kill people, criminals do.
To blame guns for killing people is analogous to saying that forks cause obesity. If you ban guns, as the Democrats demand, then only criminals and tyrants will have the guns. This is not rocket science.
God fearing Americans must have guns to protect themselves from the criminals and tyrants who are intent on robbing and killing law abiding citizens.
Thomas Jefferson, the author of the Declaration of Independence, wrote “Laws that forbid the carrying of arms disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants. They serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.”
Texas Gov. Abbott, Lt. Gov. Patrick and Texas U.S. Senator Cornyn all cancelled their scheduled appearances at last weekend’s National Rifle Association Conference in Houston. The only major politician who attended was President Donald Trump. Trump has testicular fortitude.
This tells you everything about the character of Abbott, Patrick and Cornyn as well about Trump’s character.
Abbott, Patrick and Cornyn do not have the courage of their convictions. They are RINOs. Why don’t Republican elected officials have testicular fortitude?

Of course, I will vote for them over their liberal Democrat opponents. I am sick and tired of voting for cowardly Republicans who refuse to confront the evil in our society and, instead, compromise our Christian Biblical values.
In the future we must recruit and elect men of conviction, Christians, who will fight to defend our God-given, unalienable rights, freedoms, and liberties.
