Kelly Horsley
Kelly Horsley is a native Houstonian and a working mom of three boys. She has volunteered as a peer counselor at the Katy Pregnancy Help Center and helped to defend parents and children through the group Parental Rights. She is actively involved with the Harris County GOP party. Kelly has also had the privilege of working on numerous campaigns, one of which took her to Ohio to campaign for a U.S. Senate seat in the 2012 election cycle.
