In Honor of Jessica Louise Johnson 1964–2023

Jessica Louise Johnson, January 10, 1964 – February 10, 2023, passed away peacefully on a Friday afternoon. She was born Jessica Louise Haugen in Seattle, Washington in 1964 and her early years were spent in the Pacific Northwest until the family – her parents, Patricia and Kenneth, and her brother, Jim – moved to Minnesota, and later Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her mother Patricia, father Kenneth, sisters Lori and Yvonne, and brother Larry. She is survived by her loving husband George Johnson, sons Adam, Anthony and Forrest, sister Mary, brothers Jim and Marty, and granddaughters Shyanne, Myla, and Alexis.

Jessica Louise was a beautiful soul full of life and love. She will always be remembered as the Queen B and matriarch of the family. She had an infectious love for life, an opinion about everything, a unique sense of humor, and a never-ending desire to help others. She will forever be Momma Bear to those closest to her and will be remembered always for her generous, caring, and kind heart. Jessica was also known as Nikki and was an avid gardener who loved her plants. She would not miss a chance to bask in the sun and play in her garden. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

We know that we can’t keep you but we’re happy knowing that you’re dancing in heaven with the angels and have finally found rest. Best of all, you lived life your way, with a tenacious and fervent spirit that we will never forget. Goodbye to a wonderful woman, loving wife, and beautiful mother.

We love you forever and one whole day.
