Johnny Teague Rally Oct. 8

Johnny Teague (R) is running for U.S. Congress to represent Texas’ 7th Congressional District, and a rally to draw supporters is just days away.

Rally for the Community will be held October 8 at 3:30 pm at Evelyn Park Conservancy in Bellaire. Fellow Republicans and supporters of Teague are encouraged to attend this event to hear about Teague’s plans for our country’s future.

His focus his on three major components: crime, border security, and restoring our economy.

“We want to end the crime spree in this country by not allowing repeat offenders back on the street,” says Teague of one of his goals.

“We want to close the borders. Hundreds are dying, being raped, and sold in sex trafficking,” he adds,  “and we want to get more people employed, which will eliminate the supply chain problems and put products back in our warehouses, groceries, and industries.”

Ballotopedia, which reports on the current state of elections, shared this bio for Teague:

Johnny Teague was born in Clifton, Texas. Teague earned bachelor’s degrees in science and business administration and accounting from Tarleton State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, and a master’s degree in divinity and a doctorate in ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
