Memorial Hermann hosted Pack 542 Bear Den to a tour and discussion of Houston’s Life Flight program. Taking a tour of the helicopter was really amazing, but the best part of the experience was learning what these professionals do on a daily basis. Soaring through the air to save the lives of people is just a day in the life of the flight staff. This was an experience the kids will remembe for a long time. Being one of the only hospital-based air ambulances serving Houston, and surrounding communities, Pack 542 is truly appreciative of the time and effort contributed by the awesome Life Flight staff, Pilot Steve Kardos, Paramedic Corey Montgomery, Rn Paramedic Lora Carter, and Katy-Memorial Hermann.
