Are you one of those that have been a fan of Mixed Martial Arts? Do you want your kids to be bully proof, more confident and discipline? How about training in real Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai or Judo? Tired of your work out and want to try CrossFit?  Well, Revolution Martial Arts and Fitness is what you’re looking for.  Opened in January by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and MMA fighter Jeff Messina, Revolution Martial Arts and Fitness is a powerhouse in the Katy/West Houston/Sugarland Area.

Jeff is teaching along side with world class trainer Saul Soliz who happens to be filming his second season of T.U.F, the Ultimate Fighter reality show as former UFC World Champion Tito Oritiz’s MMA coach.  In addition we have several world class assistant coaches.
We strive to teach quality martial arts in a professional environment for all levels and ages.  We are going to be a supporter of the community through outreach and fundraising.  I plan on working with my Church, Second Baptist to partner on projects that we can utilize our resources to help those in need through scholarships,food drives and community outreach projects.

In Addition we offer CrossFit.  CrossFit is a fitness program that uses constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.  Practiced by military, special operations, law enforcement, firefighters, professional MMA fighters, and soccer moms alike, CrossFit is for anyone wanting to strive for elite fitness and longevity in life. Not to be mistaken for just living longer, but physically living life to the fullest.
