In an attempt to gain notoriety, Russian celebrities held an “Almost Naked” party, where the top stars in their country were to attend with little to no clothing on. Expecting to be heralded across the country, instead, the event was completely rejected by the Russian people. While the world transitions to a more progressive ethos, Russians instead are turning towards their Orthodox Christian roots, and such outward sexual celebrations are no longer accepted.
However, here in Fort Bend County, officials push forward with their progressive agenda, albeit in stark contrast to the county’s traditional, family-oriented culture that it has held since its founding.
“I believe if Fort Bend has a Sheriff, District Attorney and County Judge who are like-minded, and will work together side by side to bring innovative equipment and progressive policies to protect the people of Fort Bend County, our county can be a model for others to follow,” said Eric Fagan, Fort Bend County Sheriff.
Approximately four years ago, Fort Bend County transitioned to a Democrat-run county when the majority of county offices were won by Democratic party members. This event marked a turn in the county’s long standing Christian ethics and introduced a new ethical code based on the progressive Marxist ideology. At heart of this new ethics code is an emphasis on the outward expression of sexuality.
This new ideology is implemented in a multitude of ways, and one of which is the introduction of pornographic materials to children’s libraries. Leftist academia quietly placed adult themed books in public school libraries across the nation, ensuring young minds would get a foundation in progressivism. Lamar Consolidated Independent School District was forced to remove seven books after parents made the public aware of the inappropriate content in our local schools.
However, the left responded to parents who exposed these materials with the heaviest hand of the law. When parents began to speak out at school boards, the Department of Justice was called in to squelch any attempt to remove the pornography. The DOJ issued a memo calling on local police departments to begin monitoring parents who protested at school boards. The issuance of this memo served as notice to the nation that progressives would use all tools at their disposal to defend their ideology.
“Coordination and partnership with local law enforcement is critical to implementing these measures for the benefit of our nation’s nearly 14,000 public school districts. To this end, I am directing the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working with each United States Attorney, to convene meetings with federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial leaders in each federal judicial district,” said Merrick Garland, United States Attorney General.
The hyper-sexualization ethics is further evident in the Democratic party’s strong promotion of homosexuality, which is well evident in Fort Bend County.
“Join us in celebrating the launch of the Queer Alliance- an inclusive space fostering support, acceptance, and unity. Together, let’s create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and loves,” said KP George, Fort Bend County Judge.
Never before has a county official taken a position on any sexual practices, but KP George, Fort Bend County Judge, sees his role as the chief county executive as a pivotal position to quarterback for homosexuality. From his county office, he regularly promotes homosexual events and has initiated official county homosexual programs.
Below is a list of some of these activities in Fort Bend County under the current administration:
- The Queer Alliance Committee was launched as an official Fort Bend County government initiative where homosexuals receive an “inclusive space.”
- Fort Bend will have its first Fort Bend County Pride Festival, with assistance from KP George’s office. Pride festivals are events exclusively for the celebration of homosexuality and are geared as family events where children are welcomed.
- Pride Lunches are held by the County Judge’s office, where homosexual networking and event planning is done.
- First Christian Church of Katy, a church that explicitly promotes homosexuality, recently gave the opening prayer at Fort Bend County Commissioner’s Court.
- Fort Bend County Pride additionally announced a partnership with Precinct 4 Commissioner Dexter McCoy for the initiation of the new Fort Bend County Pride Festival.
KP George’s firm commitment to Fort Bend’s transition garnered him national attention when he spoke out against Florida’s House Bill 1557, which prohibited any discussion of sexual orientation in elementary classrooms. Upon the passage of this bill, KP George referred to it as “authoritarian” and invited Disney World of Orlando to relocate to Fort Bend, as this corporation also opposed the bill.
It is clear that County Democrats are committed to their belief code, and they may well be successful in transformation of the county. Christians and other religious communities have been relatively silent on the transition, and that may be an acknowledgement that their religious perspectives are waning, and they are ready for the County Democrat’s new alternative. Only time will tell what is in store for Fort Bend.
