2 cups milk
1 ¼ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
Chocolate hazelnut spread
In blender add eggs. Blend. Add milk, flour, sugar and pinch of salt. Blend. Stir in half of the melted butter.
Add a little melted butter to hot pan. Swirl. Add a small amount of batter, and swirl. You want it to coat bottom of the pan and when it’s brown on the edges, it’s ready to flip.
Garnish with all your favorite fixings! I used Nutella inside and topped it with strawberries, syrup and powdered sugar. Yummy!!
