I really need help getting a good night’s sleep. I toss and turn all night long. I am so tired the next day and it’s hard to go to work and take care of my family. All I want to do is take a nap. Thank you, Sara, for your question. So many people have trouble sleeping these days, and it negatively affects their quality of life. Let me share some statistics with you:

  • More than one-third of the U.S. population isn’t getting enough sleep.
