Sooo… Coronavirus, Masks, and Lockdown are over, at least in Texas, that is…
So, Now What???
What do you do when you have become accustomed to hiding indoors,
Behind a camera, “Live” platforms, inboxes, texts, and any and everything
BUT face-to-face interaction.
For the last twelve months… Americans and most of the world found themselves…
in a prison-like environment of their own homes, and for some, the prison of their
own minds…
But the question still remains to many…
NOW, WHAT???
What do I do now that everything that I once knew as normal is no longer?
Or even close to normal is over…
Businesses have closed, loved ones have died, incomes have been lost…
But…
Now What???
How do I integrate back into a world that I no longer recognize???
How do I navigate through the pressures that have been thrust upon me?
Through situations and circumstances and the choices of others that I am now
Forced To deal with…
How do I release myself from the bondage of fears that I face because of what I can’t see and don’t understand???
I am sure my friend, like many, you may be asking some of these very same questions…
And while the world has its antidotes for dealing with stress and pressure,
I do not suggest that you take those measures as a Christ-follower.
But instead, learn to HAVE FAITH IN GOD!!!!
You know what His Words and His promises are actual…
Whatever He has spoken, He will do…
He cannot lie, and HE cannot fail…
Just because it looks bleak, and you have not seen the manifestation of that?
BIG Promises yet does not mean that GOD LIED….
HE is not like man… people lie every day, intentionally and unintentionally…
But GOD…
He never has, and He never will…
So, the next time the old “NOW WHAT” phrase pops into your head…
Remind yourself of what GOD has already spoken to you.
Remind yourself to exercise faith and patience.
Remind yourself to write down what HE said and read it aloud so that YOU can hear it…
Remind yourself to get in a position to receive that promise by forgiving,
Everyone and anyone who has hurt you, including yourself…
Remind yourself that GOD is still in control…
And that we never have to worry about the “Now What’s” in life
Because HE is faithful and has already planned our way out!
