Recipe: Baby Back Ribs

Fall is approaching so what better way to celebrate grilling or smoking meats outdoors. Ribs make a perfect choice:

BBQ Smoked Ribs

Use 1.75 punds racks of baby rack ribs and dry rub them with the following:

• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 oz. black pepper
• 2 oz paprika
• 2 oz granulated garlic
• 2 TBSP salt
• 1 TBSP cayenne pepper

Generously rub the dry rub mixture on the ribs.

Smoke at 225 for 4 hours…remember low and slow is the key to fall of the bone ribs.
When done brush with your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy.
