FORT BEND COUNTY, TX — Kenneth Omoruyi, a distinguished Certified Public Accountant, successful entrepreneur, college educator, and appointee to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Greg Abbott, today announced his candidacy for Fort Bend County Judge in the 2026 Republican primary election.


A first-generation American and Schlumberger alumnus, Omoruyi has built a remarkable career through hard work and determination, bringing proven leadership, financial expertise, and conservative values to address the critical challenges facing Fort Bend County’s nearly one million residents.
