I am so sorry for your enormous loss and admire your strength and faith. Every time I think too deeply into how ‘difficult’ my life is ,God reminds me of how much harder it is for others.
Nicole is in heaven and is in awe at what a great dad she picked for her children.

Sylvia, what unsetling truths you bring to us comfortable Christians. You have motivated me to pray for the Karen Christians in Burma and the persecuted Christians in your article “Do You Hear Them”.

I truly appreciate your information in your articles about cowering and shrinking violet syndrome. You are a gifted writer and I’m thankful that you are allowing God to use you in this way.

I have just returned from Jordon and Israel and it was so sad for me to walk down the Mount of Olives and see the Holy City with the Muslim mosques scattered throughout. The temple mount is very sad with the Dome of the Rock dooming over the Old City. I agree with how Sylvia is telling us how we are in the minority in the US and we better pray!!!!!!
